1 Getting Started

I just signed up — what should I do first?

Welcome to AiFlowlytics! Here's your first-week checklist:

  1. Log into the Member Portal at members.aiflowlytics.com
  2. Complete your business profile — Add your EIN, business address, and contact information in your sub-account settings
  3. Add a payment method — Required for any add-on services (AI agents, prospecting tools, etc.)
  4. Introduce yourself in the Community — Let us know your background and goals
  5. Start the first course module — Begin with AI Agent building fundamentals
  6. Check the live call schedule — Mark your calendar for the next session

How do I access the member portal?

Go to members.aiflowlytics.com and log in with the email and password you created during signup. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

What information do I need to complete my account setup?

To fully set up your sub-account, you'll need:

  • Business name and EIN (if applicable)
  • Business address
  • Phone number for your agency
  • Credit/debit card for add-on services
  • Your logo and brand colors (for white-labeling)

Note: Adding a payment card is required if you plan to use any paid add-ons like the prospecting tool, AI agents, or other premium features within the platform.

How long does it take to complete the training?

Most members complete the core training within 2-4 weeks when dedicating 1-2 hours per day. However, the goal isn't just to watch — it's to implement. We recommend going through each module and taking action before moving to the next. Many members land their first client before finishing all the courses.

4 Your Sub-Account with CRM and Dashboard

What is the sub-account and what can I do with it?

Your sub-account is a fully-featured platform that you can use to run your agency and resell to clients. With it, you can:

  • Build websites and sales funnels
  • Create and manage automations/workflows
  • Build and deploy AI agents
  • Manage your CRM and contacts
  • Send emails and SMS campaigns
  • Book appointments with integrated calendars
  • Create forms, surveys, and landing pages
  • Track analytics and reporting
  • And much more...

You can resell access to your clients at $297-$497/month (or whatever you choose) and keep 100% of the profit. (each additional sub account is $47 a month)

How many sub-accounts do I get?

Your membership includes one free sub-account. This is typically used for your own agency operations. If you need additional sub-accounts (for example, to give each client their own account), you can add them for $47/month per additional account.

Why do I need to add a payment card to my sub-account?

While your sub-account is included free with your membership, certain add-on services within the platform have usage costs that we don't cover. These include:

  • Prospecting/lead finder tools
  • AI agent usage and API costs
  • Premium integrations
  • Additional phone numbers or SMS credits beyond included amounts
  • Other premium features offered by the platform

Important: You are responsible for any add-on costs incurred in your sub-account. We recommend setting up billing alerts to avoid unexpected charges.

Can I white-label the platform with my own branding?

Yes! You can customize your sub-account with your own logo, brand colors, and domain. When you resell to clients, they'll see your branding — not AiFlowlytics or GoHighLevel. This is how you build your own agency brand while leveraging our infrastructure.

5 Live Calls & Community

When are the live calls?

Live calls are scheduled a week in advance and announced in the community. Check the community announcements or calendar section in the member portal for the upcoming schedule. We typically host weekly Q&A and coaching sessions where you can get direct feedback on your progress.

What happens on the live calls?

Live calls typically include:

  • Q&A Sessions — Get your questions answered in real-time
  • Hot Seats — Members volunteer to have their business reviewed and get personalized feedback
  • Strategy Breakdowns — Deep dives into specific tactics and implementation
  • Win Celebrations — Share and celebrate member successes

Are calls recorded if I can't attend live?

Yes, all live calls are recorded and uploaded to the member portal. You can watch replays anytime. However, we highly encourage attending live when possible — you'll get more value from real-time interaction and can ask questions specific to your situation.

How do I get support or ask questions?

You have two support options:

  1. Community (Recommended) — Post your question in the community. This is the best option because other members can learn from your question, and you may get faster answers from fellow members who've solved the same problem.
  2. Email — For private or account-specific issues, email [email protected]

Pro Tip: Before posting, search the community to see if your question has already been answered. You'll often find solutions faster this way.

What are the membership pricing options?

When am I billed for monthly membership?

Monthly members are billed on the same date each month as their original signup date. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month.

How do I cancel my monthly membership?

To cancel your monthly membership:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Include your name and the email associated with your account
  3. Request cancellation at least 3 days before your next billing date

Important: Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 days before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Once cancelled, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I upgrade from Monthly to Lifetime?

Yes! You can upgrade to Lifetime Access at any time. Email [email protected] to discuss upgrade options and any applicable credits toward your Lifetime purchase.

What happens to my sub-account if I cancel?

If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to your sub-account, courses, community, and all associated tools at the end of your billing period. We recommend exporting any important data before cancellation. If you have clients on sub-accounts under yours, you'll need to make arrangements for their continued service.

7 DFY Agency Buildout

What's included in the DFY Buildout?

The DFY Agency Buildout ($7,495) includes everything in Lifetime Access, plus we build your entire agency infrastructure for you:

How long does the DFY Buildout take?

The DFY Buildout typically takes 7-14 days depending on how many DFY projects are currently in process. You'll receive updates throughout the build and we'll schedule a handoff call once everything is complete to walk you through your new systems.

What do I need to provide for the DFY Buildout?

To get started on your buildout, we'll need:

  • Your agency name and brand details (logo, colors, fonts)
  • Target niche/industry you want to serve
  • Your services and pricing structure
  • Any existing content or copy you want incorporated
  • Domain name (if you have one)
  • Completed onboarding questionnaire (we'll send this after purchase)

The faster you provide these materials, the faster we can complete your build.

Can I request revisions to the DFY build?

Yes, the DFY package includes up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Revisions are for minor adjustments like text changes, color tweaks, or element repositioning. Major scope changes or complete redesigns are considered new work and quoted separately.

8 90-Day Guarantee

What is the 90-Day Guarantee?

We offer a 90-day guarantee for Lifetime Access and DFY Buildout members. Follow the plan for 90 days as we work with you, and if you haven't landed your first client, we'll work with you to make it right. We're that confident in the system.

What are the requirements to qualify for the guarantee?

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must demonstrate good-faith effort over the 90-day period, including:

  • Complete the core training modules
  • Implement the podcast/interview strategy (minimum 4 episodes)
  • Create and distribute your authority asset (whitepaper/lead magnet)
  • Conduct documented outreach (minimum 100 touches)
  • Complete at least 5 sales conversations
  • Attend live calls and engage in the community
  • Request a strategy review call before claiming the guarantee

Does the guarantee apply to Monthly memberships?

The 90-day performance guarantee applies to Lifetime Access and DFY Buildout purchases only. Monthly members can cancel anytime with 3 days notice before their next billing date — no long-term commitment required.

9 Troubleshooting & Common Issues

I can't log in to the member portal

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're using the correct email address (the one you signed up with)
  2. Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser or incognito/private mode

Videos aren't loading in the courses

Try these solutions:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Disable any ad blockers or VPNs temporarily
  • Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  • Clear your browser cache

I was charged incorrectly

Email [email protected] immediately with details of the incorrect charge, including the amount, date, and your account email. We'll investigate and resolve billing issues as quickly as possible.

I have a technical issue with my sub-account

For technical issues with your sub-account (funnels, automations, CRM, etc.):

  1. Post in the community first — Many members have solved similar issues and can help quickly
  2. Include screenshots — Show exactly what you're seeing and what you expected
  3. Describe what you tried — This helps us troubleshoot faster

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method for your membership, log into the member portal and navigate to your account settings. If you're unable to find the option or need assistance, email [email protected].
